I am planning to have an online business. What would be the best? I'm planning to establish online money remittance from abroad to Philippines for a lowest fee ever. I need your suggestions because I know you have an idea what is the best way to earn online aside from blogging, PTC, etc.

Hello Kabayan! I'd like to introduce to you a great site which I've just recently become a member of. I will send to you the link if you're interested because this discussion might be deleted because of the url link in one of the comments that was posted here. Anyway,this opportunity was introduced to me by a friend, and I am so thankful that I took the risk and tried this program out. There is very little to lose and so much to gain. The site is even lending $10 to newly-signed up members just to prove that the program really works. Another business you could get into is becoming a funds exchanger. Being an online worker on odesk, I only received funds via the Paypal platform. However, with the new business that I got into, I needed to have either Alertpay, Liberty Reserve, Solidtrust Pay or Perfect Money to be able to get into the program since they did not accept Paypal. You can open up accounts in all these payment processors and become a funds exchanger for these types of payments. You can try to look this up in sulit.com.ph. There are already a handful of fund exchangers there, although there are a lot of scammers so I hope you'll not turn out to be one. Anyway, I sent you a friend request so that I can send you the link to the site I'm referring to. Good luck!

Yes you're right it's JBP. But I'd have to disagree with you since I know it is legit. Are you part of the official philippine group? You should be so you can see all the payment proofs of our fellow Filipinos there. Re: odesk, you should try applying for hourly jobs since fixed-rate ones are not guaranteed by odesk. Also, the employers decide when to pay their contractors so if you chance upon an employer who has this tendency to procrastinate, then you may be on the losing end with your payments being delayed or done in installments, etc. Anyway, I wish you luck in your future endeavors.

Kabayan, are you referring to JustBeenPaid? I am already there but I have a great suspicion that it's not legit. I am on oDesk too but I am still applying for a fixed-rate jobs ;))

Frankly said, I have to say that it's you who know best what kind of business that would works best for you. As an example, I earn money from selling things online. It works best for me but it doesn't mean it would works best for you as well. Now let us just talk about your plan - money remittance. Have you got any experience with this and have you decided the method? At the very end, it's not that easy to start the business. You need some time to build trust and customer base.. Just start moving and don't give up.

i think i would just put myself in risks if i'll pursue the plan of having money remittance online.. i think it's better if i'll go on blogging or selling stuff that couldn't give me a great responsibility at all :))

But there still some responsibilities that you need to fulfill if you are going to blog or sell something. For example, if you want to sell something, you need to give fast responses and good shipping. And if you want to start blogging, you need to update regularly and maintain communication with your readers. Good luck.

It's a great idea I guess, but wouldn't you go under legal matters first before you can open this to-be business of yours? You'll have to licence, etc. so your would-be customers can trust this money remittance of yours, their money is at stake after all and people would be very much wary with this if you don't have any legal proof. Your idea is kinda hard now that I think about it, but I'm still pleased that you've been exploring your capabilities and you're being innovative so you could earn money. I wish you the best of luck with this, and apparently, I don't have any thing to suggest you, because I'm not much into online earning. (^^;

Oh...hmmm..that made me wonder (harder)^^. Most of online businesses (especially those business founded in social networking site e.g. Multiply, facebook etc.) don't have licence at all, but most of them are not service type anyways, their just merchandising products so they probably don't bother with it. I think you can get it from your Municipay/City hall? But you must do more research about this type of business you have chosen, I really can't give you much more about this thing and I'll probably be of no help at all 'coz I'm just as confused when it comes to market, business, etc. ^^
