iphone not getting past logo and loading and not being recognized by itunes

You should put in DFU mode. Then it will be detected on the itunes as an iphone that needs restore. Restore it using itunes then it will be back like a fresh iphone. But you will lose all what you stored in your iphone.

You can try and fix this by holding both the home button and the power button down at the same time for at least around eight seconds. This has worked for me before when my device has been freezing and not doing anything.
Also, you can just wait for the battery to drain and then charge your iPhone and then turn it back on and it should work like normal.

that doesnt work but thank for the tip. it just come up with the logo and the loading symbol even if you do that

when the iphone start it has an apple logo and the a minute later it show a loading symbol over it and i dont no if this will help but it had a failed restore.
