Maybe you can try to eat lesser than you usually eat and tries to fill the rest with water? I'm trying that method by drinking more water throughout the day. Besides that, I do some stretching exercises every night before i go to bed and other things. Let's work hard together to lose some weight! :)

By far the best way to lose weight and to keep it off,is too eat healthily and regularly.Eat three good meals a day and eat meals that contain all the food groups but try to eat more lean meat or fish and chicken. Cut down on fatty foods, junk foods and foods high in sugar.
To get a 6 pack you will need to work on your abs. First you have to get your whole body to

Well you need to focus on two things; that is to lose fat and to gain muscle. If you gain muscle before you lose the fat then the muscle will still be there, just that you're not going to be able to see it because the fat will be masking it. I would recommend that you start doing something like running or cycling three times per week, and then lifting some weights on the days that you don't do these. This should mean that you are able to build some muscle. However, building muscle is something that is not easy, and you have to have the patience with it otherwise you're just going to get disheartened when you realise that it actually takes quite a long time to be able to build the amount of muscle that most people want.

So i must work with my old routine lol... and add some weight training...how about bodyweight training instead of weight training such as push ups, pull ups or handstands?and does sit ups help burning belly fat?
I think i'll re arrange my workout schedule and discipline it more :-)

The best way to keep your shape is exercise.
You can enroll at your nearest gym and start your work out-daily or depends on your free time.
Diet is also one of the best way to keep in shape and eat healthy foods always.

First, if you think there is an easy way to lose weight, you are mistaken. Losing weight is never easy.
Second, losing weight and becoming is healthy should be the goal, not lose weight and become unhealthy.
Third, losing weight in the proper manner, even if its slow, is worth it.
Fourth, I still find it hard but I am still trying. Years of neglect has finally caught up somehow.
Five, I still believe! Yeah!
