Taking Vitamin is easier because its only in a form of pills and complete with specific vitamin according to its content.
Some of us eat Organic food plus vitamins to keep a healthy life. But in a case of i am so busy with my life routine, i really dont have time to monitor organic food consumption, i think i shud just take vitamins.
But what is d different really? does organic food better than vitamin?

I use to take daily vitamins but I stopped when I heard that a lot of multivitamins don't really contain that much and they are not as effective as eating a balanced diet. I have no problem on supplements though. I will probably take multivitamins again but I will be definitely be more choosy on what to take.

do you think that will depend on the company that produce the vitamin itself. Do you think blackmore is good?
I think i should get hydroponic set and plant it on my own...

I have never taken any vitamin tablets as I eat a healthy and well balanced diet and am getting all the nutrients I need from my food. While organic food is better for you good fresh produce still contains all your vitamins and minerals - especially if you buy local produce which is fresher and has therefore retained more of the nutrients.

Thank you for your response . Well my life routine is so busy, i cant even afford to prepare my own meal except on the weekend.. i wonder if my body could completely absorb all nutrition from the vitamins compared too organic food..

I think organic food better than vitamins because vitamins still contain chemicals that might be harm in our body. But in contrast vitamins are good to other people and bad to some. For me I take vitamins depending on the prescription of the Doctor, and love to eat organic food because they really give us strength

Well, a vitamin is just that - a supplement . . . taken in addition to real food if necessary. It wouldn't be enough to just live off of vitamins - we need to consume vegetables, proteins, fruits, etc to receive valuable nutrients that vitamins alone could never give us.
Organic food is food is just food grown without chemicals (pesticides). It's better to eat organic food whenever possible so we're not putting toxins into our bodies. But perhaps that is more of a choice thing as organic food can be a bit more expensive - and not everything organic can readily be found.
Those are the differences, but it's not that one is better than the other. You can get organic vitamins - but the only difference from "regular" vitamins is that the organic ones are made without ingredients that used the pesticides. Other than that, both vitamins are pretty much the same.
Just like saying which is better, regular sugar or organic sugar. One sugar has less toxins - but in reality sugar is sugar to the body - so neither is really good for you.

Organic Food is different from Vitamin Supplement. When you say organic it means that it is fresh, no harmful chemicals is added on that food. Meanwhile, Vitamin Supplement is a supplement that our body needs.

I don't really know but I prefer organic food. Well, it really depends on you. If I'm working too hard I always see to it that aside from eating organic food that rich in vitamin C I also take ascorbic acid specially during summer. I guess better consult a physician to make sure what's best for us.
Have a nice day Cai!

Organic food is more expensive actually, but we can also save the cost by using hydroponic method.. only that, i really have no time to take care of my hydroponic plant..

I think that organic foods are better than vitamins. Yes vitamins have all the vitamins and minerals you need to keep you healthy but the organic foods like fruits and vegetables have all the natural things that your body needs. Some vitamins have other things added to them that you may not need.
