I am well informed of what is still happening at work. It was my boss and my agreement that i bring my office laptop, so i could always look at the emails on the office, that were intentionally cc'ed to me.
I even made some online communications for her the past days. That way, i am happy that at least even while i am on leave, i feel indispensable to my boss and is updated of what's happening at our office.
AT least when i come back to office after the 2 months, i know what are the things that should be given attention again.

Actually, when i told my lady boss that i am going to apply for the special leave availment under Phil. Magna Carta for women, she immediately told me, "who will assist me when you are on leave?".
Thus, i have to convince her that her other assistant in a different company can do some of my duties. But as to some online jobs that she assigned to me , i can do it at home, since we have a wifi here. She was happy of the arrangement and i too of course, because i wlll still be updated.
From time to time, i am doing some communications online for her, while i am at home recuperating.

I was operated for a gynecological problem. Thus, it fell under the Philippines's special leave availment for women.

Your boss is considerate towards you.You are lucky enough to have such a boss.It seems that you has asked for two months sick leave.Yesterday I was wondering how come you could take 2 months off. This is something quite unexpectedly.I wish you a speedy recovery.

Hi simplyd,
It shows how you love your work and how you are a good employee that even when you are on leave you can still be reachable and can work. You're also always updated of what's happening in the office.

Thank you, Jaiho.
Indeed Jaiho, 2 months is such a long vacation. That's why, there is really a need for me to be still informed of the activities at the office. That's what is so good about the internet and the cellular phones.
I must admit i am so lucky to have an understanding and generous boss. That's why, even while i am on leave ,i would like to be able to be of service to her in any way i can.

Actually , Auds, we have a laptop here at home being used by everyone , specially when we are to call my sister-in-law in Australia and an Aunt in the US, via skype.
However, i deemed it proper that i should be authorized by Mam, to bring my office laptop because Zimbra is in one of the apps. AT any time, they can chat with me at home, like they all do since after my operation.
Last night i did a communication for her.
Oh yes, Auds finally it's already done. I don't want to undergo the same procedure again, so this time the doctor has cautioned me not to carry a bit of heavy things. Groceries of canned goods and liquid juices is a no-no.
Oh yes, belated Happy Birthday too Auds.
