VERY URGENT...HELP ME

SOME ONE DELETE IMPORTANT FILE FROM MY COMPUTER(COMPANY).HOW CAN I FIND THAT DELETED FILE.THAT IS NOT THERE IN RECYCLE BIN ALSO.PLZ SEND YOUR IDEAS AND HELP ME.

if u had not deleted any temporary files from ur pc.. go to documents and settings under c drive and check temporariy files.. u can get sme..of them

Yeah, september_1st had the right idea - if you can minimize the activity on your hard drive until you run a recovery program (like File Scavenger - http://www.quetek.com/prod02.htm, but costs if you get it there...).
