Today I went to the fair with my friends. The fair was relatively big, there were different theme park rides and there were many stalls where people sold food or second hand things. I didn't buy much because I have to save my money for my vacation, but I enjoyed looking at the stalls. You could buy a lot of different things for instanse clothes, bags, necklaces, kitchen things, toys, old magazines and hideous purple wigs In my country there are many fairs in the summer months and I usually visit some of them. People sell a lot of junk, but sometimes we can find some nice and very cheap things. I often buy second hand magazines, because I use the pictures in my art.
Are there any fairs or flea markets in your area? Do you visit them? Which things do you buy?

Their aren't any regular fares of flea market in my area , or for that matter there aren't any flea markets ever but occasional fares are held , a yeah they can be fun if you have the right kinda crowd to hang out with . So yeah I do like to visit them , even if I don't do anything fun in particular its fun to see so many people at a single place , especially for me because I don't get out a lot so its just fun to be at a crowded place for a change .
As for the things that I would buy its really not a matter of a particular group of items that I would prefer over the others but If I see something rare and inexpensive I'd go for that . there are a lot of nomadic people that put up their stalls and they usually have weird stuff I wouldn't know what to do with but yeah some times they could have stuff that I never knew I needed until then .
Anyways , it seems like you had a good time today, good for you.

Yes, fairs attract a lot of people. The fair that I visited yesterday was also quite crowded. It is very different from the island where I live, but as you say it can be a nice change sometimes. I think it is fun to visit a fair with a group of friends. My friends and I had a really good time there yesterday. We didn't buy that much, but it was still interesting to walk around and look at the things that people sold. There was a lot of junk, but it was also possible to find some pretty nice things sometimes. I enjoyed looking at the people, the stalls, the theme park rides and everything else. That fair takes place every and it has become a kind of trandition that my friends and I visit the fair together.

I love to visit those stall although like you I did not buy, unless I have something in need to buy. It is just fun looking at those used products that are still nice.

Yes, it is fun to look at the things that people sell. There are many things that I would never buy, but it is still fun to look at those things. I often buy second hand magazines, because I use the pictures in my art. Whenever I visit a fair, a garage sale, a second hand shop etc I look for old magazines. When I visited the fair a few days ago I didn't find any magazines and I didn't buy much, but I still enjoyed looking at the different things with my friends.

It is interesting to hear that the fairs take place in the winter months in your country. In my country it would be impossible to have a fair in the winter months because there would be too much snow and the weather would be too cold. In the my country the fairs take place in the summer months when the sun starts shining. My favourite months are June, July and August when the weather is pleasant and it is nice to be outside. You are waiting for the winter. I am always waiting for the summer when we can start spending time outside.

I kind of like fairs like that, the ones that are free to get into. It's kind of fun to window shop. I went to one in Wisconsin, US, a few years back and got a cool necklace for $10, which was sweet. They can sometimes be selling some really weird, interesting stuff. I don't really know of any fairs in my area, except for the State Fair (Minnesota State Fair) which is totally annoying because you have to PAY like $15 to get in, and from there, you just keep buying and buying. I don't have the money for that. I like the free ones!

It is the expensive to pay $15 to get in. We have never have to pay that much. Sometimes we have to pay about $3 to get in and sometimes we only pay for the car. It usually costs about $5 for the car, but it is possible to park outside the fair and walk to the fair. Yes, the free fairs are the best. I like to visit them and look at the different things that they are selling. They sell some weird things sometimes amd sometimes there are contests where you can win different things. I remember one contest where you had to guess the number of coins in jar. The prize was a goat. I participated in the contest, but I don't know what I would have done with the goat if I had won

Hey friends , three day before me and my family were gone to a fair that is located near to my house. Personally i told that i really like such kind of enjoyment with my family. This fair is generally the big one. There were many stalls available for food, snacks and playing. First of all i goes for the shooting. In which i need to make a target one of the balloon from a stack and then shoot. I have only three chance and as usual i complete only two targets. Then we go for marry go round. On that day we spend almost 3 to 4 hours in that fair. We also met our relatives on that fair. Frankly i said that that kind of fair that is really so nice . so visit that any time.

I am happy to hear that you had a nice time at the fair. It is nice to visit a place like that with your family, and you can all have a good time together. When I was a child I used to visit the fairs with my parents. Today I visit them with my husband or with some friends. Two days ago I was there with some of the my friends. We usually visit the fair together every year and we always have a good time. The fair that I visited was also a relatively big fair with many stalls, theme park rides and many other things. A lot of people sell second hand things at the fair and it is fun to walk around and look at the things that people are selling. There are many things that I would never buy, but it is still fun to have a look at the different things.

At the fairs in my country people also sell animals. I find to very hard to leave the stalls where they sell pets, because I want to buy all of them I have seen some very cute puppies, too. We already have a dog and many other pets so I wasn't able to buy them, but it was very tempting I once bought a guinea pig at the fair. I already had one guinea pig, but I decided to buy one more.

There are many fairs nowadays. They're maybe clothes, furniture or jewelry fairs...
I usually visit jewelry fair because I work in this field. There are many brands at the fair. You also look for a jewelry piece with discount price. I think that fair is a good time for shopping.

A jewelry fair sounds interesting. I don't work with jewelry like you do, but I like to look at the different kinds of jewelry. The fair that I visited yesterday was a general fair with many different kinds of stalls. There were some jewelry stalls as well and my friend and I spent quite a long time looking at those stalls because my friend was interested in buying some jewelry. We looked at many different stalls, but unfortunately my friend didn't find the kind of jewelry that she was looking for, so she didn't buy anything. I didn't buy anything either. I found some things that I liked, but I have to save my money at the moment.

In my region there is different types of fair festival conducted by different groups and organisation but the problem is most of them are conducted a little far away from me. The fair festival is conducted in the city ground and I need to travel about one hour to get there but still I used to go and purchase some things which are of good quality and I make sure that it is cheap.

I also had to travel for about an hour to get to the fair yesterday. I live on a island and none of the big fairs take place here. We have a very small fair with about 15 stalls and a few theme park rides, because it is not very interesting and I prefer to visit one of the big fairs where there are plenty of stalls and other things. Fortunately we have a car so it is not too complicated to drive to the place where the fair takes places, and we are able to get there in one hour. It is nice that you are able to purchase some things of good quality at the fair. Sometimes we can some really cheap things at a place like that. I didn't buy that much yesterday, but I still enjoyed looking at the different stalls.

Yes we have alots of fair, one of them is near to my place. Every Saturday and Sunday, my husband and I going there to eat and shop. I love the food its very delicious and has different flavors. The accessories and bags are all hand made and natives. I like hand made and native things because i can assure that has a good quality and cheap price than to others. Today is Saturday I will just wait for my husband from graveyard ship then were going to the fair to buy some fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. Also were going to eat our favorite rice cake and native foods.

I also like handmade things and your fair sounds like an interesting place to visit. At our local fair we can find some things that you don't usually find in the other shops for instanse different kinds of crafts. I like to look at those things and sometimes I buy some of them. Last year I bought a beautiful handmade wallet made by some of the foreigners who live in my country. The fair also consists of other things like theme park rides and live music, but this year I spent most of the time walking around among the stalls. I didn't buy much but it was still fun to look at the different things.

That is true. As adults we have many other things to do and it can be hard to find the time for that kind of things. I was able to visit the fair with my friends yesterday, but I had to leave early because I work at night. That was a little sad but I am happy that got the chance to visit the fair anyway.
