When I was in middle school the summer between 6th and 7th grade I lost 35 pounds in two months, and when I went back to school it was amazing. The looks of awe and wow were so great. It was esteem boosting, and confidence just shoots up from it. So I want another one like that. I know I won't be losing all the weight that I need to lose in two months, but I do want to lose a substanial amount, and not just because of weight but because of health. And more than anything I want those looks of awe again. I want to feel like that again. I just know that I have to boost my motivation and jump into this. I want to feel like I feel like I should feel. I am a mother of 3 and a wife of a wonderful man. I am only 24 years old and we have actually owed our home for 5 years, we pay are own bills without mooching off our family. I am worth that feeling that I want. I have achieved alot in my short time and I am achieving more everyday. Now I need to achieve this. I need to climb this mountian and run down it with my hands high in the air screaming "I did it". Sorry this made me feel better.

Good to hear that. You know it's hard to lose weight not as hard as you gain it. There are people who wish to lose weight and there are also people who aspire for extra weight and one of them is me. Now, I want you to tell me how did you got extra weight before you wanted to lose them. I wish you would give me some tips. I'm tired of being skinny. Later, I'll post this as my discussion so I could have tips from others too. ;))

I had 3 kids..lol.. I can't blame it all on my kids, but there is a moment when you have kids that you worry more about your kids than you do yourself. You are so worried about diapers and milk, and playing, and sleep that you just kind of give up on yourself. Then once you stop worrying about yourself you lose intrest in yourself.. But I would just go with eating more calories than you burn. Sit down and attempt to calculate how many cals you burn in a day then eat more than that.

It is good to want to diet in hopes that your health will be better. I am not too sure it is healthy to want the attention, but every little boost of confidence we can get is good. Hope you are able to reach your goal! Plenty of water, fruits, and veggies should help.

Thank you. I don't know how to explain it, the attetion is great. But it's not the attention it's the feeling like when you walk in the room you don't have to hide because of your weight. It's like you matter.
