Well, since I work on a Computer at work plus spend time at home on a Computer, I would say I spend close to 11-12 hrs. in front of a Computer most days. At work though, we do not have the Internet. We use a Computer for dispatching Cabs.

i have a personal record of more 16.5 hrs in a day... it has decreased a lot... now i can only give 6-7 hrs a day

Wow..16.5 hrs? I think it's a good decision to decrease your time with computer. You havee to love your eyes & brain...

i cannot spend 1 day without my computer...my mom asks me frequently to give it 1 day oiff...when i say i'll switch it off in 15 minutes..it means 2 hours atleast ..hehe...so you see my time before the monitor can stretch to anything..jus' anything!!
