Black And White Hat Hackers

The difference between black hat hackers and white hat hackers is this: black hat hackers electronically goes into someone's, (or a companies), computer systems to plant viruses, infections, etc., to maliciously cause harm to people systems, white hat hackers does the same thing, but without malicious intent, but to just let people know of their systems vulnerabilities, and sometimes alerts them of the matter. The question; is it just as wrong for a white hat hacker to go into your computer systems just like it is for black hat hackers? I think so, but what's your opinion?
