The kind of vitamin that is suitable for you depends in what stage of life you are, if you are an adult or adolescent and so forth. I am too looking for vitamins or supplements what will be good for me, one thing that will help my body cope with the daily stresses of work and study. Just recently i've come across a product it's called LifeOil try to research it on the internet. It has all the benefits it can provide whatever age group you are in. Hope this helsps.:=)

Vitamin has specific roles in the body and can also provide health benefits. If levels of these compounds is insufficient, the body may have a disease. The body only needs vitamins in small amounts, but if it ignored the needs of metabolism in our body will be disrupted because its function can not be replaced by other compounds. Disorders health is known as avitaminosis. An example is when we are deficient in vitamin A, then we will have myopia. In addition, vitamin intake also should not be excessive because it can cause metabolic disorders in the body.

All the vitamins you know are essential for our body, none of them are bad for health, but the fat soluble vitamins if taken in large quantities may cause toxicity as they cannot be eliminated from the body, being insoluble in urine.

Vitamins are the vital amines. All of these are proteins. Actually these are required only in a little amount. but those are essential for the healthy life. Vitamins are of two types water soluble and fat soluble. I do not think that any one of the natural feed contains all the vitamins. Fat soluble vitamins include vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin K. Watersoluble vitamis include vitamin B complex and vitamin C.
