Household products will include powder detergents, dish washing liquids, fabric conditioners, and the like. All branded products are heavily advertised and it contributes to its price. So, to save money I'm planning to switch to unbranded household products. Both of them can do what they're suppose to do, so I think I will make a right decision. What do you think?

I guess it is okay to switch to unbranded household products to help you save money. we do that sometimes, but i guess it is still okay to use those branded ones. depends on how much effect those household products have. Sometimes you have to try on something cheaper to test and see for yourself what difference does it make when using different kinds of brands...

You are correct there my friend because I also shop those kinds of household products just to save some more so that my budget would be added to my groceries for the other days to come.Even if it is not a favorite brand I just tend to buy it so I may know its quality first before ordering more on my next shopping.

For me, it would really depend on the performance of a product. I would try different brands with different price range and choose the best product with the lowest price. Because there are some products that are so cheap but you would end up spending more because you have to use so much of it for it to work very well.
