Healthy Body is Possible by Natural Foods

With my experience I can suggest you people can maintain good healthy life by eating uncooked natural foods like fruits.

i agree with you, everybody will health if consumes fruit and pure vegetables. And one important, sport is good for your health.

yes. for people like yosrinal it is not a problem. he is young and he will be active and will be consuming more calories and they can take fatty foods.

Not all the fruits of our body needs. One of hypertension might consider eating a lot of durian.

I am sure that any well balanced diet includes uncooked fruits and vegetables. It is a well known idea about nutrition. We must eat the necessary proteins, a bigger amount of carbohidrates, vitamins, minerals and other trace elements we find in fruits and veggies and a bit of fat.

True -- uncooked natural foods like fruits are good for good health. But I do not like vegetables only --i like fruits but cannot take more because they all contain sugar. For example--I like so much jack fruit, mangoes, pine apples --all these contain more sucrose and cannot be taken by all. I take these occasionally. today i tasted Banganapalli mango 1/3 and it was soooooooooo tasty.
