Your first discussion

Good for you on starting your very first discussion here... My first was nothing really special; in hindsight, it was really one on the most common topic started here by new users. The topic just happened to be the first thing came up to mind at the time, and it was about 'Making Money Online'... Boring, I know; but at least it got me started to get more interested about this site which I'm now obsessed with... Hope to see more of your started discussions here... Say hello to Ngalam

Wow, you have been a member of mylot 2 years ago and this is your first discussion! Well, congratulations on your first discussion, I hope you would create more hereafter! It is fun posting discussions especially if you receive many responses! Personally, I write my discussions based on my current feelings. Sometimes I vent sullen thoughts, sometimes when I'm curious about something, I ask people's opinion.. etc..

I am guilty ! I did not reminded it and your discussion gave me the desire to read it again. It was really a discussion from a novice mylotter, and I don't remember how I started it. I have no plan to start discussions at myLot : I can spend a month without one and then start several discussions the same week if I find topics interesting for me, serious or funny. They can come from a news, an event in my life, or a video I have seen, like the one I started yesterday after watching a funny video on YouTube. It is eay to start a discussion here, Azuna, you should try more often.

I have to say it must be a very long time ago.Since i din't find too many interests and of course i do not remember.But one thing for sure is that i did feel special and afraid that no one would gonna respond to that.lol,mylotters are indeed nicer than i thought at that time.

lol Same here, for the first time joined myLot I also did not know what topic should I write down on discussion. It hard to think really, hard to to think about the topic that suit for me discuss with members in here. but I tried to think what topic I want to discuss, and the end I got one topic.. lol

Hahahahaha, Ya, I have the same problem with you, I don't know what should I write in myLot, in fact I have just opened my myLot after a long time I made it, and until in this time, I have not written anything,

I can not remember the content of my first discussion here. It is very hard for a new myloter to enjoy mylot at the first week. After that, things become much easier. I now always talk about things famous in the world or special dishes in my country. I think you can find many people talk with you about that kind of problems, and from their posts, you can know many different things in other parts of the world.

Hi! I have been in that situation too, the first time i joined mylot. It is easier to respond to discussion but it is a bit difficult to start one. I have been here for about three years already but i only have few discussions started. My first discussion was quite a hit. It was about why men spread their legs wide when sitting. After that i started few discussions that had very few response. I think the topics we should choose are those that many mylot members can relate to. It maybe thing that is ordinarily happening to all of us. Well, actually, that is still my my dilemma, up to now.

i cant remember what it was about but eventually you will feel more comfortable here i haven't made that much discussions though, i enjoy responding more than making my own discussion

Azuna: interesting questions. I would have started roughly 390+ discussions. my first discussion was on "three boons God gives you". http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2528435.aspx I received only two responses. One person who responded in that has got employed in a BPO and has not logged in for last three weeks or so. I get topics while reading newspapers, watching television, while going out for shopping etc.

My first discussion was about that websites Listia. I was having problems on there and I felt like someone was scamming me on there so I felt the need to vent. I have the same problem as yo; it's hard for me to think of interesting things to discuss. Most of them time I'll find something to discuss and someone has already discussed it!

I also felt the same way. I scan first the discussion posted and I realized that you can post a discussion base from what you feel or experienced. My first discussion was about my favorite television show which I missed watching. I'm glad that someone replied on my discussion.lol
