what gift to send to a female friend?

Hi Ilikebreadandbutton! If flowers isn;tenough for you, I think a bracelet with her name engraved on it is sweet. Then you put it inside a "congratulations" box would be nice. That to me is sweet. =)

How about a colorful scarf? You know her better anyone. What things does she wear or like? I am not sure perfume is an appropriate gift for graduation. I think it should be something that marks time like a watch perhaps. A lovely picture frame with a picture of you or you two together. Just some ideas.

I would suggest the followings : 1. A bouquet of fresh flowers with a greeting card 2. I don't know what you call those.. These small stands with nice versus on her graduation. 3.An expensive pen, which she could use when she starts working

Some flowers I think should do. My gf got a friend of hers a big Tiger-Lily and she was very happy for it. I have to say that in my country that's the gift people usually give for someone's graduation, friends I mean. Sometimes family gives them more. I didn't get squat but that's ok :)))

Hello Ilikebreadandbutton, if I were in your friend's situation I would much rather receive something from you which can reminds me of our friendship. Especially that you have not seen each other for a long time, it should be something that echoes your friendship or the way you see your friendship. It does not need to be expensive to be special. A letter is always special especially if it contains stories of us together as our friendship gain momentum.

maybe a book its going to be a good gift for her, do you know what kind of book she like? i think you should try to give her book

Flowers is a no brainer. Any female will love to receive flowers no matter what the occasion is. To make it more personalized maybe give her her favorite flower. if you don't know her favorite flower then maybe choose a flower with her favorite color. If you don't know her favorite color then I think you should buy her either a peony, yellow or white rose or lillies. I think you should stay away from red roses since she is just a friend and most people will be giving her red roses so it is another way for you to be different.

When i don't know what should to buy as a gift, i will buy a nice flower basket and give it to a friend with my big happy smile.

If you haven't seen her since 4 years it's already kind and sweet you show up. It sounds a bit weird to me you will since 4 years is a long time and I doubt if you are still close. Perhaps you have some good memories/stuff from the old days as you were really close? perhaps you can make a great (memorizing)gift out of that since she will start a new future now and close what once has been.

you know girls are a bit sensitive and emotional being so you have to gift her something that can add value to your friendship with her. if you have any old picture of both of you from high school or if you have any picture of happy moments of hers in school days , you can frame that picture in a beautiful frame and gift it to her with a beautiful friendship card. I think she will love it and can cherish old memories you people have spent together. and since 4 years you both have not met you can even make out what changes you have incurred in your appearance.
