How many auctions do you have going at once?

Right now I have a bunch. I am almost nervous that it's going to be too confusing for me. Hopefully I won't start screwing people's orders up and sending them the wrong thing. . I have two lots that have sold and I am waiting on payments for (have been waiting for about 4-5 days...URGH), and I have 6 more lots up that all have reserves met on the bids, so I will be sending out all of those in 24 hours. Now I have about 5 more auctions to put up (I did a little bit of spring cleaning this morning - obviously - lol), but I am wondering if I should probably wait a little bit so as to not confuse myself. .
How many auctions do you usually have up at one time?
How many is too many to handle, for you?

When I used to do eBay I would average around 100 items a week. About 80 items would sell in week and how I used to do it was package everything up before the auction ends and write on the box or large envelope what the item was.
When the Item was sold cover up the writing with a white mailer address form and cover over the item this way I could work down the list get the correct address and not have to worry about the packaging.
Then straight to the post office and send out.

I have not had much luck on ebay with auctions so I usually only do one at a time. Maybe keep it all in order by putting the auction number/description/payment/date it ends on an excel sheet.

I've got about fifty auctions going at the moment, but I'm hoping to increase that shortly. I actually sell maybe half a dozen items a week, so keeping things straight isn't a problem.

When I have a clear out of my home, I sometimes end up with over a hundred auctions running at the same time. I have a lot of books because my friends give them to me, so I will sell them all during the summer when I don't have as much work to do at the time. I will go to the post office once per day, and will spend a lot of time posting listings and packaging things up to be sold. I enjoy doing it, because they are often products that I had not spent money on in the first place, so I am happy that I am able to get some money out of it in the long term.

I just started selling on e-bay. Literally, just started today.
Right now I have 2 auctions up, and plan to list at least 2 more today. Or maybe just one more, depending on how much time I have.
I would say that when you start feeling confused, even just a little confused, then you shouldn't list any more.
Since I just started I don't know what number of listings vs sales will start being confusing to me.
