I remember when I was a kid, few tooth paste contain baking soda to whiten teeth, and in some articles stated that brushing teeth with baking soda could give you white teeth. I wonder if that's true now. What do you know about it?

Yes, it's true. Baking soda helps our teeth to become whiter by removing tough stains. Baking soda also has same effect in cleaning our kitchen utensils and cooking ware. But now, I often used baking soda in washing fruits and vegetables, it is more safer than to others.

It's definitely true, it does help to whiten teeth, but it's not something that should be done too often. The abrasive properties of the baking soda are what whitens your teeth, but it is also these same abrasive properties that can do damage to and wear away at your teeth over time.

I would love to try this, my teeth are really not as white as they should be. I'm willing to try it if it won't damage teeth, maybe start off slowly. I've always wondered how some people get their teeth so darn white. Does anyone else have anymore tips besides just brushing with regular toothpaste and flossing?
