So here it is: "the laziest day of the week" and for the first time in a while.. I am going to spend it doing absolutely.. nothing! I have been so busy with university recently and deadlines that I've been working around the clock.. including on Sundays. But just for today - I am going to relax, eat junk, and watch a couple TV shows.
How about the rest of you?
Happy Sunday myLotters!

Yeah, Sunday is my lazy day too. The thing is though, I still do a little bit of work on Sundays but, just some online stuff like this on Mylot. Still, today I had a relaxing day at home, just watching movies and getting a lot of sleep. I always lack sleep during the weekdays because I still work overtime and all. In the nearest future though, I would really love to be able to be more organized about my schedules and would really want Sunday to be my rest day, me staying at home, spending time with family and doing nothing. That would totally be awesome. Today, I had not much choice but to stay at home because I'm a little bit sick with cough and colds and I need all the rest I could get for me to be able to be ready for work on the week ahead.

Usually, it's a lazy day for me as well. I am off. I go get a paper, read it, maybe cook, watch some movies, read that kind of thing. then start the week again for work once again. I also go out if can or do a parttime job I had for a bit. other than that, it's quiet and lazy.

I work the night because Saturday and Sunday and when I get back to my home and I rest a couple of hours. Sometimes I read or use the internet and sometimes I fall asleep. In the afternoon I drive to the neighbour island, because I am a voluntary language teacher for a family from Burma. I help them with their pronounciation, grammar and vocabulary. They are very friendly and I like helping them. They have been living in my country for 2 years and they go to language school as well, but they still need some extra help with their pronounciation and the other things. When I return to my home after my voluntary job I am usually tired. I spend some time in front of the computer, and then I take a bath and go to bed.

Being a stay-at-home mother, I would say that to some extent, every day of the week is kind of lazy for me, but then again, every day of the week is really busy for me as well.
With that said, the thing that I really like about Sundays is the fact that it is the only day of the week that my husband is actually off work and that does mean that typically our Sundays are the day that we will all sleep in and it is also the day of the week that we try to do things as a family.

Every day is different, mostly Sunday is cleaning day since this is the only day everybody is home for at least some hours. At 7am we wake up, at 8.30am we are in the swimming pool. I cleaned up a part of the ceiling since we made a new room over there.
Sunday is also the day my kids do a lot of schoolwork, we do the laundry and if needed we go to the supermarket (only 10 open in our city from 4pm till 7pm).
This all is way more relaxing to do on Sundays as it is on the other days of the week.
