The same way every day is a new day is a different story every night. Day after running arround at night they would sleep in peace. Some people eat them before bed sugary sweet dreams come drink somewater before sleep. Many people remember the Lord before going to bed. I Love to love my wife before going to bed. You like to do before bed ?

For me, get a pee is a must before going to bed. It's just annoys me to wake up in the middle of the night, walk through the dark house to go to the toilet. It's scary and it's hard for me to get back to sleep after I awake.

I like to brush my teeth and brush my hair and wash my face before i go to bed. How do you love your wife before you go to bed? do you mean you give her a hug before you go to bed.oh another thing that i do before i go to bed is i make sure all the lights are off the tv is off and the doors are all locked. Also i set my alarm clock. that i go to bed.....
