Hi,
I am working as software developer and I am getting handsome amount of money but now I am fed up with this life where I work from home and handle each thing from my home, some time its very painful that I didn't able to distinguish my personal life and my work since most of the time I spend doing work,
now I am looking for some better opportunity where I get some personal life but now problem is no one sponsoring visa for me,since I am making good money and have good skill and now in my country there is no firm who is agree to pay that much, please suggest what should I do?

My suggestion, from one woman working from home to another, if you can't find a job that pays you as well as the one you have, then I recomend that you keep the job that you have and just make a few changes to your life choices. I know it is not easy, you work from home, live at home, so there is no opportunity for any social interraction and the number of realtime friends that you have dwindles as well. I completely understand. You have to find other opportunities to meet people and get out of the house.
For instance, the next time one of your friend calls you or stops by and wants to go out for the day, shopping, sightseeing, anything but workigng, you will find when you return home that you are newly energized and invigorated. The job is probably not the problem since most people don't really like their jobs.

first of all I am not woman and I am working as a senior developer but now I am looking for some real time onsite opportunity, now I don't like to work from home, even thought I don't face any problem in work but still I don't find room for my personal life.

I know that being a software developer gives you a really large amount of money. But you're right. working from home is really boring because you don't get to meet and mingle with different people in person.

It is proved that people who work from their own home work way harder as others who leave their house and go to the office.
So the only way to escape from this is to make a scedule. Put an alarm when to start with your work, when you have a break and when you quite. And if you quite you really have to quite and do something else. The best way for home workers is to have a special room where they work. Close down that door so you really leave your job and don't visit it if you are not working or do something else there as well.

Life is never easy. It will always be hard. It's just a matter of how you perceive your life and how you treat it. With regards to what you do, find something where your skills would fit, if you're not satisfied with it, then find something like an alternative for it. It could work.

this is really difficult. you have to make a huge decision regarding your professional career. since you cannot have the best of both worlds (meaning huge pay and a manageable personal life), my suggestion is for you to take things one step at a time. you could settle for a firm which pays good (although not the same rate as your previous job) and have an awesome personal life.
i believe that great opportunities are simply hiding in the shadows and when the right time comes, you will surely be able to find a better job. best of luck.
