Well,have to say is really very bad mood today.My water card is lost,and i have been hoping that if someone picked up it will go to the dorm matrons to registered.However,today,when i go to the hot water mananagement center to make up my water card,my card money was all gone.I am very shocked.There is no double that picked up my water card is students with the bedroom floor.However,all the money of the water card run out of.
Why is that?
