I have a problem with my yahoo account. I changed the password and totally forgot about it. One good thing happened is that i can access it in my iphone but not in my laptop. My yahoo mail in iphone is always log in. but i still want to log in using my laptop coz i have to send some documents. I can't even answer the security question which i made last June 2009. is there anyway i can still access my account through my laptop? Please help...

That's not good... If you are unable to remember the password The only thing I can think of is to contact support and ask them to reset your password. But maybe you can change the alternate email trough your phone? And why in heavens name did you add an account of lovemail? Get a gmail account and try to add it to your yahoo mail and maybe you can reset your password that way.

Hi camalich! I already contact support. i got that lovemail.com since 2002. and that time i created my yahoo account too. i don't know yet about gmail that time. that's why it's my alternate email add. LOL! Oh by the thanks.

Hello jeanpr2002, when you say that you can access your email to your phone, do you mean that the password you are putting there is working? Or is it automatically logged in? If in case the password is working on your phone and not in your laptop, I suggest that you try to clear your browser's cache and cookies on your laptop.
After doing that, try to sign in to your yahoo account using your laptop. Let me know if it works on your end.

I mean when i changed my password that time, i already updated the password in my iphone. so it will be automatically logged in if i will open it through my iphone. but in my laptop, i have to enter the password and i forgot totally about it!

go in your iphone to settings and email account it should show you the password there or at least let you change it again. I hope this helps you.
