Help me Plan my Disneyland Trip

Hey friends, we are planning to go to Disneyland in Hongkong in November or December. I know it's still far from now, but I'm really excited because it'll be our first time. So, I have to start researching and get the best deals for accommodation, airfare and other stuff. It will be our early christmas gift for our 4year old daughter. She has always wanted to go there, but we thought she was too young, then, to enjoy the rides and shows. But, this year would be perfect. So, I'd like to hear about your experiences when you were there and what rides you enjoyed the most. Which shows I shouldn't miss? What's the best time to go there? Also, appreciate tips on good and budget friendly accommodation, dining, and other things we can enjoy in HongKong. Thanks ahead for all the information.
