is education a right? or a privileged?

education is just really for just rich people?. how about the poor one? every one has a right to education but not everyone is given the privileged.
i need your response.. what do you think?

I think education is both a right and a privilege. It's a matter of how you look at it. Everyone deserves to be educated. It's something that will better equip us as we get older. We should know about how to go about with stuff that we encounter. But we should consider it as a privilege so we will not take it for granted. It'sa matter of mindset. =)
