Need begets invention! True! Need is the very driving force! Fueling us with energy! Shaping our path! Giving us direction! And we say we are humans not animals! We are taught to curb our needs! Keep our desires in check! Or at least that is what i recall my teacher droning on and on about during that class when i was too young to grasp its meaning! And yet this very term stuck in my mind! I think it was because the French invented perfume so that they could mask their body odour! Apparently they weren't too eager on taking showers! So if we had simply not given in to our desires, this new age with all this marvelousness and misery would not have been possible! What do you think?
