Which of man’s innovations do you feel is the most amazing & spectacular so far?

I'm not one of those "Trechie" kind of people. I am still back in the 20th century! I say the bread machine and the toaster oven are among the top winners of spectacular-ism!!! Although, the computer is pretty darn cool too... I just think that these new fangled items like the i-anythings and cells and lap tops etc... they aren't what is amazing...it is the internet that is amazing as without the internet, none of those items would work...so the internet is next in line. We lived without the internet befoe and things were fine, but now a days...hard to get by without it as everything has gone that way. But to be able to cook a nice meal in the heat of the summer without turning on that big oven and heating up the entire house...now that's amazing! And to have fresh, homemade baked bread anytime in the year without having to spend 3-4 hours doing it yourself...again...amazing!!!

i would say the cell phone is the most amazing to me. this is because this piece of technology is more than just for contacting people 24/7. now there is no excuse for you not to be able to be contacted. it is also become one the most highest stessors because of this fact. there has never been anything...not even a regular telephone or just a computer could stress people out like that piece of technology.

I think the innovation of mobile phones is most amazing. we never thought that we will be able to communicate to even other side of country with out any physical connection.this invasion reduce the distance between people and they can talk anywhere in this world at any time.

Davido, Yes,humans have invented so many wonders, achievements, technological accessories beyond doubt.But for me cooking gas and that which is compressed in a cylinder without which today's household is a vacuum and housewife's plight is untold. She has to knock at the door of her neighbor or apply for a casual leave to her office and undergo a tricky situation incommunicable.That fire is seen, is ignited by unseen Gas, which can be only smelt and poisonous and detrimental if open and exposed. yet when compressed and allowed to pass through viaduct is something creditable - man's another invention bright. with regards S.Radhamani
