hey all,
You can help, what to do to not bite nails? I do not even know the reason for this is the unconditional reflex, not much I can deal with it, and yet it is neither tasty nor healthy, and does not look attractive.

The technical term for a nail bitter is onychophay. How do I know because I use to be one. Most reasons that I did it was because I was always nervious. one method that you can try getting your nails done this works well but then once you go natural you will just go back to bitting your nails again well at least I did. They also have stuff like MAVALA that you can but on your nails that taste nasty to prevent you from bitting them. It cost around ten dollars and there are other items like this that you can buy online or at a store.

I used to bite my nails during my teens when I was highly stressed but I was able to overcome the habit by having the regular manicures. I advise you to have the nails manicured with the current trends of having the creative nil designs. This will make you resist from biting them since you wouldn't want to harm its beauty.

I'm old already to bite nails, yet it still happened to me when I'm nervous but i already have solutions about it. When anxiety is attacking me i just crossed my hand and closed my mouth that way I couldn't bite my nails.
