Many people see the benefits of working out. That is why gyms and fitness centers are "in" right now. Several people are willing to pay for them to get in good shape. Others buy dumbbells or barbells for themselves to workout at home. The problem is, many people finds it difficult to do regular workouts. They go to the fitness center regularly for a month and after that boredom and laziness steps in. Most of us would agree how beneficial it would be if only people would continue working out for years and years...whether in a gym or in your own home with some simple dumbbells. Do you know any ways wherein you could be able to motivate yourself to workout regularly..and continuously and once and for all fight laziness or boredom? Can you share some of your insights into this?

Oh I know exactly what you are talking about lol. Laziness is the most burden that easily get on our way but this is how we (me and hubby) try to manage to keep motivated. My regular exercise is at 5.30am and 5pm each is 30 minutes on treadmill, first my husband will go to Gym at 5am he will wake me up to lock the door (it just to give me reason to wake up lol) he knows once I wake up then I am up so after he left I will make hot water for my baby milk and once it done I jump on treadmill for 30 minutes. So basically, find somebody as pair to motivate each other.
