I just exercise 30 to 40 minutes a day.
I also make sure I don't watch TV or sit
in font of the computer too much. Just one or
two hours of sitting in front of the computer
or watch TV is enough for me.

I feel sad that when i saw your posts, coz i almost sit 10 hours a day for working in the office and that's really depressing. So i would really change this and totally exercies more, otherwise, buying a treadmill maybe a good choice. And i'll have more time exericise and not need to going out.

The body naturally burns calories off as energy. Energy is how you operate, from the thoughts you have to the steps you take. But you're also running a risk always of taking in too many calories, or being too inactive, and having some of those calories turn to fat stores. So the goal should be to burn off more calories than you consume.
The first step is to watch your caloric intake and also--and even more importantly--watch the types of sugars you're ingesting.
Stay away from soda and candy. These sugars quickly burn out in the blood and spike and store the rest as fat and throw your sugar out of whack. Whole grains, on the other hand, disperse over a longer period of time, thus creating a stable flow of energy.
Having stability in your blood sugar will help your body to metabolize what you eat a lot better.
The next step is to make sure that you're eating smaller meals instead of larger meals. Allow your body to digest the food and allow it to be used as energy and not as fat.
If you want to drop pounds, try cutting back your caloric intake by around 500 calories, and increase your physical activity so that you're burning off excess calories. Watch your simple carbohydrates (candy, soda, white flour, etc) and try to increase the amount of fiber and protein you're eating.
These minor changes will combine to make big changes, and you really don't have to "diet." You just need to switch out some foods, pay attention to how much you're eating and what you're eating, and walk or jog around a bit, or try some swimming, basketball, baseball, etc.

I don't have a lot of time for excercise but I always make sure to have some stretching daily I think in some way I'm also burning calories through stretching because I don't feel heavy everytime I do this.

My diet is in the form of caffeine. Coffee in particular has lots of caffeine which then boosts up your metabolism! There are many fat burning pills out there that has caffeine as one of their main ingredients.
Instructions:
1. In the morning, drink eat breakfast and have a black coffee with sugar.
2. Before lunch, drink a double espresso. (Black coffee no sugar)
3. Eat healthy lunch. Eat fruits as well.
4. Afternoons, drink black coffee.
5. Before dinner, drink double espresso. Note: Do not drink if you are sleeping soon!
6. Eat healthy dinner. Light dinner I say.
Hope this helps.
