Generally, what is the best time of going to sleep? And what is the best time to go to sleep? For me, I usually go to bed at am 1:00 and get up 7:30. Is it ok?
How about you? Would you like to share with me?

Some said that you must have at least 6-8 hours of sleep. However, I read an article that our body starts to detoxify at around 8-9pm so you should be sleeping at that time for your body to be completely detoxified.
In my case, I also did not follow that time, 9-10 is my usual time of sleep.
Good day!

Why are you envious about me?
I slept 9-10pm and needs to wake up 4:30 to prepare for my work the next day. Besides, that sleep is not straight because I need to wake up 2-3 time a night to prepare milk for my 2-year old son. Do you think my sleeping routine is better than yours?

Sleeping at 1 am is a little bit late for me. Normally I sleep at around 11 pm and sometimes 12 midnight unless there is really something important that I have to do or finish, I wake up at around 5 or 6 am. I guess it all depends on you with respect to the sleeping time. For as long as you do not feel tired, then there is no problem at all.

For me, the best sleeping time is 11:00p.m. to 7:00a.m. But I cannot sleep till seven in the morning now because my work starts at seven twenty. So I have to get up at six. Sometimes I sleep as late as twelve at night. Then I sleep one hour less. To make up for the sleeping hour, I take a nap after lunch. Take care.

Your body will function best if you go to bed at 10pm and then wake up at 6am. Although this is not a time that a lot of people like to wake up, it is the time that you body likes the best, and you will feel better over the course of the day if you are able to get yourself into the habit of waking and sleeping at these times. When I was at University, I had to do this as my train was very early in the morning, and I honestly felt better than I feel when I am able to sleep in. Now, I will sleep at around 11.30pm and then wake up at 8.40, which is not too far away from the time you're supposed to go to sleep, but it also works with the times that my family like to sleep too.

The best time for going to sleep is at 10pm and wake up at 6am i guess. But that is for children. As adult, the best sleeping time and based on survey i did with my friends, they sleep at 12am or 1am or 2am and get up at 6am or 7.30am. For me, i sleep at 1am the earliest, 3 the latest and wake up at 7.50am :)

I think going to bed at 1am is already late. My sleeping habit is 11pm to 7am. In that way I got my 8 hours of sleep and I don't feel tired when I wake up in the morning. Can I know what are your activities for the day why you always sleep late?
