Another site that claim no minimum payout

Hi all
I have stumped upon a ptc site that claim no minimum payout but after I registered, I discovered that it is only no minimum payout for liberty, and $1 for PayPal and payza. Do take note if you want to join this ptc - big-bux.com

if you are looking for nominimum payout sites which are paying over a period of time,those are donkeymails and bucks4shares

well such site comes and goes i don't bother now to waste my time on those
nominimum soon they would stated there account have been limited start making weird rules and suddenly gone be careful

It's not surprising though, since the minimum amount of transaction with Payza is $1 and due to Paypal strict regulation, it's actually kinda risky to pay with such low amount.. 
But well, I am happy enough if they are giving minimum payout for Liberty Reserve, though..

i know that PayPal charges the company that uses it and those charges are extended to the recipient of the money therefore they have to have a minimum pay out so there is something to charge.
