change a new job or stay now working

Hello everyone,i am a saleman for motocross bike radiators from china .i have been working this company for 1 year and have developped a lot of business parters from Austrilia ,poland,thailand and so on,everyonth they place order for off road parts from ours.so i feel my workings is very good and bring much money to my boss.but i don't get enough salary very little in china.so my friends and my family advise me to change a new company and seek a better job so i can get more feedback. Now i have a little wandering how to do next step.should i stay at this now company or change a new company ??

Leaving a job without assurance of having another job is not a good idea, unless you have lots of savings to finance your needs while still hunting a new one. I could suggest you to try searching if where you can work next but do not leave your present job until you can work again.
