Thailand is really cool place, rich with history and cultures. Plus my favorite Actor Mario Maurer. I was able to watched 2 of his movies and it was really good. He can carry his roles in the movie. But what I like to know is what are the top personality or Im speaking in General Thailand people personality or attitude towards and co worker and possible foreign co worker.

I once worked at a job where my team was made up of one man from India, one man from Thailand, one woman from Viet Nam, me, and one male Caucasian from here in the US. We had some very interesting conversations. We often expressed very different opinions on things, but we never argued, and always helped one another on the job. It was a highly congenial atmosphere.

That is very very much multi ethnicity working environment. i am glad that they didn't have an argument. it's nice that different races are in a different kind of workers there. I have experience working with an American and two koreans before, they seemed to be quiet and matured probably i didn't get to know them well.

Yes we all did learn some amazing things about each other's culture. We also ate together and shared food, which was very cool. Not on my team, but most of the other people working there were Filipino, which was great because I love lumpia and dishes made with curry paste.

yeah, thai people are usually friendly and that's why Thailand got the name, Land of smiles. haha :D I'm always there for my business trip and it's easy to make friends over there. Most of them are hardworking because of the living conditions there, there are sure to work hard in order to keep their rice bowl Nice culture over there as well and they are always ready to help anybody in trouble if they see one Only problem is communication because of the way they pronounce certain words even when they are speaking in english.. haha

Actually I know Thailand by watching a report on TV or something like that. I've been never there. So I'm not able to describe how is the personality of Thailander. Perhaps, there is a novel, a book or a film, written by any writer of your country, where we can learn more about Thailand and their traditions.

First and foremost I think they are referred to as Thais :). They are very friendly especially to caucasians. Most of I dealt with even in the office has difficulty in speaking English. But they compensate it by smiling. I guess that is why the country is often referred to as land of a thousand smiles. I have been working here in Thailand for almost 8 months now.
