What to buy?

My husband and I are thinking of buying a new camera because of old Canon Ixus already has a damage on its screen. When we are watching a shoe last Sunday, we saw these three camcorders which are all water, dust and shock proof: Kodak PlaySport Zx5, Agfa Eclipse Explorer, and GE DV1-GG. All are just slightly above/below 5000 pesos. I wonder if anyone has a personal experience in using one or two or three of these. I saw their specifications and they are almost of the same features. We can't decide what to buy, please help. Thanks.
