According to Brazil Immigration, if you came from the Philippines then you don't need a Visa to enter Brazil. Sounds good? Check out the Brazilian Immigration or within their website for details. You need travel money though.

That would be great, at least people won't undergoes interview in their embassy to get visa to travel there.

Not needing a visa to enter Brazil is great for Filipinos. I know that the flight price from the Philippines to Brazil would be very pricey. I think the visa application for different countries can be bothersome, time consuming, annoying and expensive. I visited Brazil in April of this year as part of my South American adventure. I also visited Argentina, Chile and Uruguay on my wonderful trip. I traveled on my trip with my disabled son and my daughter. I have a British passport and Brits can visit Brazil without needing a visa. Many countries require the visitor to have a return ticket or an onward ticket. Every traveler needs travel money or bank cards like debit and credit.
