forex trading: why loss?

Today I got loss :) Before I really understanding about forex I always bad mood when I got loss, but now, after I know a little bit about forex, I can control my emotion and my mood. I'll try to understand why I got loss, learn, and prepare next analysis :D I wnt to know what are you doing when you got loss? let's share thanks,,,have a good day

when i go loss i always to my self what i lost my money o my god i lost my money... but after 4 or 5 minutes i thought again i have lost 50 dollers...50$ it not a big deal last time how much 75$...wow i have saved my 25$ dollers...next time it loss will be 30$ next will be 15$ next 10$ after this i will earn some money i hope so

do you use stop loss? i'll try use stop loss but i can't read where's i out the stop loss on 100 or 50 or more, good luck I hope you will can earn more money... hey, my english is so bad too buddy..never mind :D
