Idea on loan?

I was wondering! Yes i seem to be doing a lot of that lately! Anyway so i was thinking if someone utilizes an idea mentioned by a fellow mylotter in another discussion and starts another discussion himself/herself! Is that legal! doesn't that come under plagiarism? Are there any rules to forbid anyone from doing it? Thanks and merry mylotting!

well, one can report that a previous discussion is being repeated or copied. and the new discussion will be deleted and the responses under that copied discussion. mylot does not tolerate effortless earning and plagiarism. like everyone else, one has to earn a buck here by exerting some effort like presenting an original discussion.

Not a discussion per say! A response to a discussion! Ethically doesn't seem right to me!
