Meteorite Protection

In light of the recent revelations of asteroids and other space debris threatening the earth, does anyone know of any quality, personal-noggin meteroite protection devices on the market? I saw something like this some years ago. I believe that it was an import from Scotlant. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to procure one at the time, but find myself somewhat flush with cash at the moment, earmarked for just such a device.
Has anyone here information about this sort of thing and also any experience with using something like this?

I have never heard of such a thing. I think I will keep praying to God to protect me before I went and bought something like that, but I am old fashioned! Interesting topic.

Meteorite repression has been a concern of mine for some time. One never knows when a meteor will come tearing out of nowhere and plow through one's skull.
So far, I've been fortunate not to have one to hit me. Once, about 8 years ago, I had a close call at the seashore. Unfortunately, it landed in the sea and I was unable to recover it.

When I see a topic like this one (the first time I see any mention of "meteroite protection devices") I use the search to find information. This search brought up nothing at all, causing me to think that maybe nothing is available for us common mortals to protect us in such an event.
Maybe you could find someone who might know how to go about manufactoring such equipment? You could even become a millionaire
