how to get fat????

Hello guys i really want to know the perfect procedure to get a fat body...well.... you see i have been trying different fatty foods like cheese,milk and egg and so on daily,still nothing much happens....so guys any tips for me please and please do suggest the foods that i need to consume.....please..

Well the cheese and the egg has a lot of protein so you are not going to do much there in the way of gaining fat. But why would you want to? You will clog your arteries, lose energy, ruin your skin and shorten your life. Please rethink your desire. It's almost summer, lets all slim down and get healthy so we can wear next to nothing, be active, look awesome and enjoy the beautiful weather with just a healthy amount of fat coursing through our veins!

Your metabolism must be burning fat faster than everyone else, I so envy people like that. I can gain weight just looking at food it seems. Well, have you tried foods like bananas and peanut butter, perhaps high calorie but healthy foods in general. If you like milkshakes you can splurge on them once in awhile for a treat. Try to gain in a healthy kind of way though first and foremost otherwise your health will be compromised. My cousin's hubby only eats large quantities of food (like a whole turkey for Thanksgiving and such), that's why he is fat, LOL.

It's interesting and very curious that you would want to increase your bodily fat. What I am hoping is that it is weight gain that you are more interested in. Yes fat will gain you the weight but it is much less healthy than gaining weight through added muscle. If your focus is on the latter then you would want to concentrate on foods that provide protein such as eggs and various meats to achieve muscle gain. And of course muscle training with weights will increase muscle gain. Eating cheese and milk which tends to have more fats will give you calories which is helpful in providing you energy (Carbohydrates are better, like breads and pastas for example) to do exercise routines that help build muscle. However if you don't expend those calories they are stored in the body as fat. This is where you get the weight gain, but from fat not muscle which is not desired physiologically.

I think you need enough exercise, not the fatty foods. You need a little muscular, not fat.

The formula for getting fat is, consume foods that are high in calories. Consume foods that contain lots of carbohydrates, and drink beverages that contain the same. Then, minimize physical activities. In no time, you will notice you're getting fatter than ever.

Whoa.. You want to get fat? I want to get slim instead. I wish I could transfer my fat to you, that would be great! Honestly, I feel jealous to see people like you, who eat a lot but still not fat. I wish I'm one of them.

I don't know honey it comes so naturally to me... Tell me how to get skinny. You need to figure out how many calories that you burn and make sure that you eat more than you burn every 3600 calories is a pound. Why do you want to gain weight might I ask.

You need to consume carbohydrates and not protein. Eat lots of bread or rice , and fatty foods too- like fried food. Why do you want to get fat? if you get too fat it'll be hard to lose it.

Why not you stuff more food in your house, or your room, better be your favorite food. I think it can increase you desire to eat more, meanwhile, you may cut down your physical exercise, fill your stomach full and keep your mouth busy all times. I quite sure you will get fat. :)
