-Should i change it ??

Sometime i sleep more than eight hours because of tiredness after came back work.
I really can't control it and sleep around 9 to 10 hours? Do you think it is bad attitude that should i change it or?
Any comments??

i dont think you need to change your sleeping habbits it is quite OK to sleep for 10 hours as your body must be tried. i also sleep for 10-12 hours to give rest to my body but i do that only on weekends as i really dont get even 8 hours of sleep on normal week days and i really get exhausted and tired by the day ends. and i think our body really need a proper sleep to regain all the energy and now a days doctors also asks us to sleep for atleast 8-10 hours. so, dont think that it is bad attitude and i dont think you need to change that...:)

Sometimes I sleep 4 hours and sometimes I sleep 10. I think that you should not use alarm clocks or anything to interrupt your sleep your body knows what you need so if you need 8 to 10 hours don't feel bad about it.

Sleep is our friends and we all need it maybe it is just because you are working hard every day and you are tired? I sleep sometimes for 9 to 10 hours.

Every one is different and if you sleep for hours at a time, then it is due to your body needing a rest.
My dr has told me to sleep when I can, as I get really ill if I do not get the sleep or rest when I need it, so I would say that as long as you are happy, not to worry about how long you sleep for, as lack of sleep can also make you ill.

nothing wrong in sleeping for more hours, when we are tired, our body needs rest to regain the energy, so no problem in sleeping for long hours...

For me its okay sometimes...if its going around 12 hours, I think it was bad..just my opinion.maybe some people was habit with this and no problem with that.

I am definitely not sleep around 12 hours.
