It's often the case here from the month of January to May so many fire incidents. So many families lost their houses. Lives lost also. Just recently 17 persons died in a establishment in Butuan where these victims were working who got caught in fire. Almost everyday there are reported cases of fire incidents. Maybe its's because of the severe heat around but also negligence of the residents. It's just a pity that after the people recovered from the floods incidents come the burning of houses the lost of properties as a result of these series of fire incidents. These would end as the summer ends. I just hope and pray no typhoons and flood incidents would take place as rainy days approaching. Do you experience similar case?

I think that is typical of the hot, dry days all around the world. When there is little to no rain, things become very dry and easy to ignite.
We have a lot of natural fires in this country, caused by lightning strikes in very dry areas. But, there are also a lot of man-made fires caused by careless smokers or campers who do not put their camp fires out properly.
Also, in the winter, some people do not have enough money for heating their homes so they use space heaters or candles which also cause fires if not properly monitored.

Yeah in my country March is fire prevention month...because summer will be around March to May. So fire is kinda more rampant on these months because of the high temperature.

kababayan! Here in our country there are so many fires during the summer season come most of them are informal settlers that their houses are tied up with one another, most fires are starting in that places. And the government have a program called "Fire Prevention Month" that is practiced on the month of march. I pity those whos houses are fired up and I am hoping that the government will do actions about it.

Correct gelomon, they have this Fire Prevention Month, program but sad to say it seems Fires can't be prevented. It's really alarming having fires almost everyday and seeing the victims homeless and devastated. thank you, dear kababayan. Happy myLotting.
