Neobux is disappointing, although I haven't tried it yet

I was on a plan to rent referrals on Neobux, but I found that many myLot-ers said that it's totally not worth due to the referrals are not active.
Now I am trying to rent referrals on other sites, so there are some questions which I want to ask.
1. Is ReferralBuilderBux paying now?
2. Are the referrals active?
3. Are there any other PTC sites where you can rent referrals and it's worth?
4. How to get more direct referrals so that I will not rent referrals for loss anymore?

Why don't you refer your friends and relative first, by this you will not pay them and you can earn residual income. Or you may try sharing your referral link to Facebook and Twitter.
