I've seen photos of a lightning storm over the ocean with an ocean water fading effect on the waves on the beach, absolutely gorgeous. I've thought of photographing lightning through a raindrop but haven't had the chance to try. What's the most interesting photographing teqniques that you've thought of??

I have tried many things in my photography. jump shots, candid shots, street photography, but what i like most is long exposure of sunsets. it just takes your photography to another level.

Cool, what is jump shots though? And I'm also a fan of long exposures and sunsets but I'm fooling around with photographing lightning lately.. Also really wanna try HDR photographing.

jump shot is where you shoot people when they are in mid air. you use a fast shutter speed to stop the movement while on air. your models might want to do different poses on mid air. it sure is a lot of fun.

I’ve been doing photography ever since my College years wherein we had a class major which is about photojournalism. On the class, we had discussed various photography techniques such as light, aperture, shutter speed and all the basic photography principles. The thing I loved the most is making portrait photographs such as concept and street photography wherein you take photographs that aren’t really choreographed and snap on its raw feel. I also like to hone more on doing light trails most especially doing a city scape like photographing a bridge on heavy running traffic.
