Oh, really? I was told the opposite. I was told that the white part of the egg has more cholesterol than the yellow part.

It is not only eggs that increases our cholesterol. It also includes ham, hotdog and so on. All I know that cook foods leads to cholesterol except vegetables.

Too much eating of eggs is bad. It increases the cholesterol and the person might die if they eat too much eggs. The same with the other food so the food we eat should be balance all the time.

Having a hypercholesterolemia does not have signs and symptoms but you could be at risk in having stroke and heart disease like arteriosclerosis or heart attack in later life. The only way to detect if you have high cholesterol is to have your complete blood count (CBC) checked up. If you're positive for high cholesterol, it's time to change your viand on lunch, switch to heart-friendly foods.
By the way, I have high cholesterol too because I ate eggs almost every day during breakfast. Ever since my doctor told me to lessen my cravings for eggs, my cholesterol gradually lowered.

What i know is we should eat 3 eggs a week only, better we eat many types of food such as meat, fishes, eggs, tofu, vegetable, etc...
I think better you should not eat eggs everyday, eating eggs too much is not good also. Better you try to eat 3 eggs a week only.

You won't notice the signs and symptoms of having high cholesterol but you will see it in your CBC (blood) test. If you are positive for high cholesterol and that your HDL (High Density Liproprotein) is too low and LDL (Low Density Liproprotein) is too high along with your Triglycerides level, you may be at risk for heart disease and stroke.

Personally, I am sure you have heard and learned from others the importance of Eggs and what amount they say is Healthy for you, etc. I know for myself I Love eggs, but try watching the amount I eat. But I have heard that it is the Yolks that are Bad for you, and cause all the issues with Cholesterol, etc. So if you can learn to eat just the whites, etc. you should have no issue, but if you are like me, you would prefer real eggs instead so just limit them a little more.

They are alright as long as you don't over consume them, if you really are concerned about the health effect their cholesterol will cause to your blood level, then you may want to go lite on the yolk. Take it easy, try not to eat several dozen of them in a week or day, then everything should be fine.

The yellow portion within the egg increases cholesterol. So after a certain age, it is not wise to consume a whole egg. You can use to consume the white of the egg without any tension.

At times i eat eggs, these are fertilized eggs, a woman from other side of river gives in our home @ 10 rupees a piece, the eggs sold in diary firms are not fertilized, the hens lay as such, more over the hens are given hormones
best to avoid..
Happy posting, cheers.

It's seems like egg contain many cholesterol in the yellow part. but in other side egg also contain protein and vitamin which give good impact for our body. as I read, the cholesterol in egg only accumulate in the yellow part, while the white part is free from cholesterol and even very good for diet menu

They are right, eggs can be a source of cholesterol. It is still better to eat 1 egg a day. But I think it is better to be boiled rather than fried because oil in frying just add up cholesterol you could take.
They are right that white is better to take because it is composed mainly of protein while the yolk is where the fat or cholesterol is located.
Still, in the end, it is alright to take egg but in moderation.
