Nope. I do good sometimes to answer 5 discussions that interest me! But I do check the no responses button now and then and answer when I can. I've found some surprisingly interesting posts there. I wonder if it's just that they were posted when the right people weren't around and got lost in the churn of things.

When i open a topic, i always do answer all responses even though it takes a time but i love to read mylotters comments on my topics. it is the way i wanna say thank to all who post their discussions to my topics also. And for sure, i hope you rely my response on your topics too.

Me too. I go to hot discussions and respond to them. And also try to read all comments or responses and comment to one. And I always go to my interest discussion that sees in the top of the page. I like to that...!!

I read my friend's discussions first, but I like to visit some of the other categories after that for instance recent discussions, hot discussions or discussions with no responses. Sometimes I answer some of the discusission with no responses, but I don't usually find 5 discussions that I want to respond to, most of time I only find one or two discussions.
I don't respond to the rest of the discussions, because I can't relate to the topic and simply don't know what to write or because the discussions violate the guidelines or because they are exremely short (like one of two sentences) We all hope to get responses when we start a discussion and I do like to respond to discussions with no responses to help those members get the discussion started, but I don't respond just to respond, I only participate if I feel that I have something to say about the topic.

However ways you respond on this site, I think you master how to do best posts judging from your perfect rating inside your star.
I've come across many 95+, but I have not seen anyone else with 100/100.
Moreover, you seem to maintain that for quite some time here; at least for the last 5 months that I've been here for.

I always check "no response" section and check if any discussion interests me.
I do not reply to topics for the sake or earnings alone.
I always respond to topics that I can relate with.
It is easier for me to write and share my opinion to topics that I can relate with and is under my interest.
I don't even respond to all my friends topic especially when I do not have any idea about the subject.
So- we cannot avoid "no response" topics here.

I've tried doing that. But admittedly I go to friends first and then interests and then top discussions . . . and then I don't have any time left!! And sometimes I have nothing to say to the ones that have no responses (maybe there's a reason why there are no responses?) or at least I don't know how to respond to it. But, you remind me that tab is another source to find discussions - I often forget. Your hamburger avatar looks yummy - ha ha!!

That's a nice suggestion. I've checked it right now and I already opened a few for me to respond to. Its a great idea and I hope that others will do the same so that all of the discussions done by mylotters will not be lost and questions not answered.

I don't answer when it does not interest me, why should I and I probably say something stupid. Also I usually don't come back to those who doesn't come back for their own discussions, so you kind of memorize discussion's authors that does that. They want free help, but I think we need first to help ourselves to be helped.

Not my thing. I am here to go over topics and discussions that interests me. I won't waste my time responding to discussions I really don't feel responding to just to satisfy the need of others for a response. Being demanded to answer or respond to discussions violates my own choosing and is not appropriate. So I am not into this campaign that you are trying to build on. Sorry.

I love reading posts, but only simple, not hi-fi, I mean I don't understand, then I can't respond. I often read simple, casual posts with simple topics,, and respond.

I think I can do that. But what if the discussion is uninteresting? Or at least we know that it's violating the guidelines? Because I have ever seen a discussion with no respond (some kind of a poll as I remembered) so I tried to respond. The next day, the discussion was deleted.

I regularly go to the 'no responses' tab; but not merely because I have a mission to not let discussions go unanswered. Sometimes there are obvious reasons why some discussions receive no response; they are against guideline, not interesting, or just simply stupid discussions. I go to 'no responses' tab to look for the ones I'd like to respond since I like to be the first few responders of discussions if at all possible. I like to read all responses and comments that a discussion has received before I post my own response or comment. Sometimes I find it easier to do that in discussions with no or few responses; on 'hot' ones, for instance, while interesting to read sometimes I'd have nothing else to add once I finish reading other posts...

I have it as part of my routine. When I'm done responding back to comments on my discussions and if no new discussions interests me, I'd go check the "no response" tab to find good ones, and comment on them. I can do even more than 5.
The good thing is, those old time posts, can even get you a Best Response rating.
That was a tip I got from one of the vets here. And, it worked!

Well, to be honest, I try to keep the media in response to at least 10 threads per day. More or less interesting topics to which I can give my personal opinion. I certainly always abstain to comment on the discussions to which I will have to completely "in the dark". However it is true, fortunately I've only a few times. When you start a discussion, and no one comments, in fact there is remains bad. As if what I wrote, not interested to anyone.

I'm not going to answer every topic, that's all. I don't always have enough time to answer one or two questions, either...and then, I want to answer something which seems interesting or about a topic I know and can talk about. I see lots of topics I don't understand as they are written in such atrocious English (I'm not a native speaker, either) or about stuff I don't know (foreign soap operas, religious issues, baseball and foreign politics)... I'm not going to answer a topic when I know I just CANNOT post valuable opinions or answers... not because of the fact we get money for proper answers, but because it just feels bad if I post something which does not have value in it.
