Do you guys think that it's possible in any such way to lose your belly by sitting on the couch and watching telivision all day?
You see, one of my friend has been raving lately as to how he loses weight by doing absoulutely nothing! I don't know if it's possible, therefore, I wanted to know what you guys think!
So, what do you guys think?!

You can lose a certain amount of weight by doing nothing, but you have to cut back on the amount of food that you're eating a lot, and most people don't feel as though they are able to cut back by the amount that they would need to in order to make sure that they could lose the amount that they would like to. Every day, you burned at least 1,500 calories just from existing, so if you were to eat less than that, they you would most likely be losing weight. But it is much better to be doing a bit of exercise as you would get the results that you want a lot faster.

I think it will not possible. Your friend might be starving for not eating to loose weight.
However there are food supplements out there in the market being offered by some multi-level networking. They are suggesting just to take "powdered shakes" and you will loose weight even without doing exercise. I haven't tried it because the product seems to be expensive.

Nope. I don't think its possible. Ask your friend to see a doctor. Losing weight with no reason or any activity at all might be a health problem. Or maybe he has a secret like a taking slimming pills. But seriously he needs to check with a doctor if he's having drastic weight lose without doing anything at all.

Most probably, he's starving himself to lose weight. To lose weight, you HAVE to exercise and control the calories intake. It is definitely not possible to lose weight without doing anything and without doing harm to yourself body. Remember this line, there is no free lunch in the world. Work for it.

Sure it's possible but most of the ways that guarantee you weight lost with out exercise will usually starve you and cause you to lose muscle mass. Muscles are something you definitely want because without them you will start to sag in place that you never thought you would.

Doesn't sound likely. However if your friend literally sits there all day without eating junk food, sure it is possible to lose weight. Is this healthy though ...probably not.

The common idea is that you burn off more calories than you consume to lose weight... or eat less than you need.
So if your friend is losing weight without doing anything then they must be starving themselves to do it.... if so, not a good idea
