I can't understand it as well. I have both accounts and I am not into both sites that much. I have leave both sites for months and rarely sign in. So I don't really understand the features they have in both sites. I thin both have the same function.(^^)

If I am not mistaken writing on twitter is just the same like writing on your facebook wall. For those who like to update their status on facebook they might like twitter as well. I have it but don't use it. It popular among celebrities as the could inform their fans in just a blink of an eye.(^^)

i think Facebook is better than twitter because there we have to post and see others post send request and chat with them but in twiter chat like option is not and follow option is annoying to many of us ,because why i follow him or her.

I prefer Facebook to Twitter. I have Twitter account, but I still don't understand the interesting part of this social network. Really. All I did there was only following many celebrities and read their tweet. And I got bored after a while. I haven't logged in to my Twitter account again for a few months. :)

I think both are just the same. Both Facebook and Twitter have the same concept and user interface. You can comment/reply, post pictures, etc. The difference is just you can't sort your pictures on Twitter and create separate albums unlike in Facebook. But in terms of online fights, it's both the same. That's why I don't spend so much time on both social networking sites anymore.I don't get paid by posting anyway, unlike in myLot. Hehe!
Both Facebook and Twitter has earned their fame by celebrity promotions/endorsements anyway. Most people were lured to signing up because their celebrity idol is using it. Then, the information about that website has been passed on by people by inviting their friends to join them so it won't be lonely being on that website alone.
It's somehow helpful by connecting prep school friends, long lost best friends, knowing your relatives from far away, etc. But some people abuse the "democracy" so much by even posting their rants publicly which is not good.
Social networking sites in general is supposed to connect people, not destroy relationships (like love or friendships).

no, both twitter and facebook is the same. they are just social network as part of technology advance. the problem is on each person whose lifestyle influence with both too much. most of people is now likely complaint problem on facebook or twitter than telling their friend or family. it's such same that people now use the social network to fight or made a controversy status, they should have better place to shout it out and keep their attitude because everyone may read their status

Twitter is famous because of the celebrities. Some scientific peoples are available there. They inform to follower some good things. Most of the peoples don't aware of those good things in it. They always fond of celebrities message and follow them. They like it most. But it is waste of time. I don't use twitter often. I use it only for accepting friend request and improve my blogger community.
