I am currently watching Sarah, Ang Munting Prinsesa prior to the time this discussion is posted and I am somewhat amused because of the child stars who are still celebrities until know. I can't really explain why but it simply feels good to see them very innocent and cute and then thinking what they are now. Do you have the same feeling that I do?

Oh yes, i love watching child stars that are still famus now too. How they evolved from playing those cute and adorable children , to lovey dovey teenagers and now are playing moms..or lead actresses. Like Camille Pratts and Angelica panganiban..Patrick Garcia too and Anne Curtis.

I have not seen recently a movie of Patrick Garcia as a child star. I first felt this when I watched Anne Curtis on Magic Kingdom on the same channel.

I remember patrick garcia from Ibong Adarna, he was with Camille and Angelica too. They looked so cute then. I always see Magic Kingdom on replay- Anne didn't know how to act well then, i think it was her first movie.

Ooh..so Patrick is on Ibong Adarna..I remember a few about that movie. I definitely agree that they look so cute. Hmmm...yea the Anne on Magic Kingdom still did not know how to act well, but even so I think she still did well enough.

I have no idea who you are talking about but it's wonderful to learn they retain their positive celebrity status to adulthood. Often we hear about those in Hollywood who are famous only as child stars, or even go bad once they are adult. One example, the cute boy who plays 'Home Alone' movies... Perhaps being child star celebrities in Hollywood are harder than in other country?

It takes proper guidance for a kid to keep good values when he/she grows up and the more it should be when that certain kid is well-known. Anybody can give influence to stars if not controlled, even on adults. We clearly see the evidence regarding that, am I right?

well, it is amusing if one happens to see them while they were young and up to now. i did not know some of these child stars when i was growing up. TV and movies were not that accessible during my time. or probably, i was not interested in them because i studied in the city, but i did not go often to movies unlike my classmates who even skipped classes just to watch new movies.

Yes, when you have watched celebrities grow , you will be amused at watching their child star days. They seem so innocent yet filled with talent in acting. Camille Pratts , Angelica Panganiban, Paolo Contis and NiƱo Mulach are the ones i saw grow on TV and movies. Very interesting indeed, when you see them now. Paolo and Camille's faces are the same as when they were still child stars.

I can really understand what you are trying to say because I am from the Philippines too. Those stars who worked ever since they were still young could really have the chance to keep their talent as long as they would stay good to the company, to the eyes of the people and if they will develop more for their talent. Yes, it's good to see that up to this time, we could still see them on television with the memories of how they are during their early age.

Oh yeah! I miss the sweet angelic Angelica Panganiban! Compared to what she is right now, baring her body and all, it is such an irony. Well what can we say, change happens.

Yes...change happens. Too bad that the changes on some of the child stars are negative changes. It kinda make me sad especially when I know pretty much about them when they are still kids. It is really nice that those old movies are being shown in the television. Happy quadruple myLotting!
