Phone used while driving

What's with everyone that uses their phone while they drive?...I've seen people actually have an accident when they were on their phone, and it has become a driving problem. I think it will be better to pass a law against drivers that use their phone devices while operating a vehicle!

You know this drives me crazy to see things like this. Even though there is a law stating there is to be no use of cell phones while driving. People still do it. I have seen local police still do it and the sheriff do it as well. Being a volunteer fireman I have seen way to many wreck were young people have lost their life trying to text or call someone while driving.
