Natural ways to reduce Cellulite around hips/waist area in women

hello friends,
You all know , the major problem faced by women, regarding body is accumulating of fat/cellulite around the waist, hips region . we face a lot of difficulties , because of this fat. we cant wear so many of our favorite dresses, which suddenly become tight , due to the problem. Our body structure also changes alot due to this problem. Are there any natural ways to get rid of this problem? please share..i prefer my lot for this discussion because, we have many friends here(international), who are from different place and they follow a variety of methods.and ..so we can get alot of points /remedies here...........

Partly it is a genetic issue and partly it is a problem of hormones. But adecuate eating habits and some exercise can help it. It seems that it is a good idea to eat several times a day, eat several helpings of veggies and fruits and little fat and sweets. We tend to live sedentary lives now and that´s not what nature intended for mankind. Even walking a bit every day will help. I read somewhere that housechore don´t count as exercise though, because they are not repetitive movements

A friend of mine gave me a good tip that is wonderful for Winter. It is to have always chicken broth at hnd. Instead of a cup of coffee, take a mug of hot chicken broth to the computer. It will curve your appetite and it does not have many calories.

This is good advice. I plan to be doing more of this when I move. We are moving today and tomorrow and hope to get some better habits with the new life in the new home.

No there are no natural ways for it except for not eating at all, no fat no cellulite.

Personally I have them in my legs and its unsightly. Its due to my fluctuating weight and right now what I'm doing is exercise, water and diet on fruits and veggies. I eat meat every once in awhile but I'm trying to cut it off especially the processed food. I also read somewhere that stress is a culprit and having hormonal imbalance is wrecking havoc in my body!!
Also I massage my legs every night with Seaweed Oil and use Seaweed soap while taking a bath. Personally its kind of helping with the cellulite and I'm getting result even if just a little. Since I don't have the money to go to the spa for a cellulite massage, I do it on my own.

great , i dont know that seaweed is used for the purpose,good to hear that,i will try to find the oil and soap.

As we age gracefully fats do accumulate around hips, waist and boobs and thigh, i tried dieting etc but the change was temporary, seems mine is heredity..

If women have the tendency to get fat fast in certain areas there are many ways for women, which can keep them fat free as well. You know how a man would look if he started belly-dancing but women not only look great while doing this but can reduce their wait too. Then most of the women while going through their household business can adopt to manual ways in place of machines and gadgets. Like they can opt for using semi-automatic washing machine in place of fully automatic or going for manual sweeping of floors in place of vacuum-cleaner.
They can go for brisk walk in the park in place of gossip parties (please do not mind me my saying so, this is a favorite pass-time of women in our country that helps them gain wait and make them look as if they really come from well to do families- for some being chubby is status of richness)
There are many more things but I am going to keep this for some other time. Thanks for this discussion.

Diet is necessary.chew the food wellbefore you swallow it.chew every bite for more than 30times.it's really useful.i have benefited a lot from it.

I don't have cellulites but I have
ugly stretch marks in my butt cheeks.
It's very ugly. It's covered so no one
can see it. But I cannot wear cute bikinis
or swimsuits because of it. I envy my friends
who can wear cute bikinis.
